Nose: Vanilla, Orange Peel, Black Pepper, slight waffle cone
Palate: Light Mouthfeel, Orange Peel, Black Pepper, Waffle Cone, Vanilla Cream, Chocolate
Finish: Short finish, Orange Peel, Black Pepper, Vanilla Cream, Waffle Cone
Conclusion: This rum is very good; it has good flavors going on even with the 40% abv. I just wish it was just a touch higher; there is so much potential going on here for their stuff. However, I like what they are doing and they have no additives, which is a major thumb up on my book.
