It’s always fun to try spirits from a closed distillery so let’s check out another Caroni, that legendary shuttered distillery on Trinidad.

Nose: Raspberry, hydraulic fluid, petrol, guava, black tea, dark chocolate

Palate: Thick oily mouthfeel, hydraulic fluid, guava, black tea, dark chocolate

Finish: Medium length finish, guava, black tea, dark chocolate, allspice


Conclusion: A great Caroni from Golden Devil. This one smacks you in the face with the industrial in a good way. Good stuff.
