Review #1080; Rum #408
This is a bottling of rum that was done as a collaboration between The Green Zone (a DC bar) and Seelbachs (a DC based liquor retailer. This rum was distilled at Demrara Distillers Limited and is a blend of rums from the French Savalle Still, the Diamond Coffey Still, and the Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still.
Distillery: Demerara Distiller’s Limited

Still: Pot/Column Blend
ABV: 55.1%
Nose: Cherry Cola, Toasted Coconut, Vanilla, Black Tea, slight motor oil, peppery
