This rhum is a limited release from Bologne on Guadeloupe. The organic cane juice was fresh pressed and bottled with no additives after distillation.

Nose: Lemon, Cucumber, Minerality, Cantaloupe, sea salt

Palate: Thick oily mouthfeel, Cantaloupe, Lemon, Minerality, Sea Salt, Cucumber, peppery, honeydew, lavender

Finish:  Long Finish, Cucumber, Lemon, Peppery, Sea Salt, Cantaloupe, lavender


Conclusion: An excellent and flavorful agricole. This hits those classic notes, drinks under proof, and is packed full of melon.
