Here we a bottling of Cheramie Gold. Cheramie is a rum brand from Porchjam distillery located in New Orleans. This rum is made from fresh pressed cane juice grown in Louisiana and is aged for at least 2 years in oak casks before being bottled with no additives.

Nose: Vanilla, Black Pepper, Brine

Palate:  Medium mouthfeel, Briney, Vegetal, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Nutmeg

Finish:  Short finish, Cinnamon, Clove, Vegetal, Brine, Vanilla


Conclusion: Simply a good aged cane juice rum. Not much else to it. This will be a workhorse in cocktails in all the best ways.
