This bottling of Rhum comes from the Saint James distillery located on Martinique. This rhum was distilled from fresh pressed cane juice on a column still and bottled with no additives.

Nose: Lemongrass, Honeydew, Apple, Brine

Palate: Medium mouthfeel, Brine, Honeydew, Apple, Brine, Lemongrass

Finish:  Medium length finish, Brine, Lemongrass, Honeydew, Apple


Conclusion: A very good agricole rhum. A bit simpler than other ones I have tried, but this is a tasty rhum.

  • 50-59: Save it for mixing.
  • 0-49: Blech.
