Review #1267; Rum #572

This rum comes to us from Roaslie Bay, a new distillery located on the island of Dominica. This rum was distilled from fresh pressed cane juice, distilled in a pot still, and bottled with no additives.

Of note, 100% of revenue is returned to the community for sustained ocean conservation.

Distillery: Rosalie Bay

Conclusion: This is a very good rum. It’s not going to knock your socks off with extreme flavor or anything, but it’s a really nice example of some quality unaged cane juice rum. The flavors are well balanced and it is very approachable.
