Here we have a bottle of rum from Alambique Serrano, who bottles rums from the Krassel family distillery in Mexico. This rum was aged for at least 3 years after being fermented in pine tanks with wild yeast from fresh pressed cane juice and distilled on a pot still. It aged in new French oak at origin.

A very spice forward great bottle of rum from Alambique. This is winter season in a bottle. All the baking spices, a touch of fruit to balance it out. It’s a great bottle.
