This is a bottling of rum from Renaissance distillery located on Taiwan. This rum was distilled from molasses made from Taiwan sugarcane. It fermented for 15 days with dunder and was double distilled on a Charentais pot still. It aged for a time in first fill WLW ex-bourbon casks before being finished in a Mizunara cask. It was then bottled at cask strength with no additives. It aged for 4 total year at origin.

Finish: Long length finish, Ginger, Pear, Vanilla, Blackberry, Earl Grey Tea, Lavender
This bottling is a wild ride. Its spicy, fruit forward, sweet, a bit of salt. It has a little bit of everything going on and the flavors you pickup change throughout the drinking experience. Its intense and wonderful.
