Hampden Trelawny Endemic Birds 10 Year 2010

Review by: The Auditor

Review #1422; Rum #721

Here we have a single cask of rum from Hampden Estate. This Endemic Bird series was a set of single casks bottled for the United States of America. This cask is a Woodpecker bird and cask #497. This rum was distilled from molasses on a pot still after wild fermentation. It aged for 10 years in Jamaica before being bottled at cask strength with no additives. This bottling is of the LROK Marque, which clocks in at  200-400 g/hLAA esters.
