It was hand harvest and distilled on a copper plated Armagnac still. It was then bottled with no additives or chill filtration.

Its good. It has a good base of flavors here. Nice lemon a bit of spice. Its really easy to drink at 40% and I wish it was proofed just a little bit higher. But even so, I can see myself just sipping this on a hot summers night. The finish is surprisingly long and enjoyable too.
