This rum comes to us from Rom Deluxe an independent bottler. This unaged molasses rum comes from the Worthy Park distillery located in St. Catherine Jamaica. It was distilled on the Forsyth Pot Still and is of the WPH Marque with an ester count of 240-360.

Nose: Briney, Coriander, Lime Peel, Grapefruit, Black Tea

Palate: Medium mouthfeel, Grapefruit, Lime Peel, Black Tea, Sea Salt

Finish: Medium length finish, Lime Peel, Black Tea, Sea Salt, Grapefruit


Conclusion: A very good unaged rum. The proof is well integrated and that grapefruit notes is fantastic. A very solid rum and one worth exploring. These 50cl unaged rums from RDL are an awesome way to explore the base product for distilleries.
