Review by: The Auditor

Review #1178; Rum #493

Here we have a bottling of rum from the Highwire Distiling company located in Charleston South Carolina. This rum, like their other bottlings, is an aged rum made from fresh pressed sugar cane juice form a local farm in the low country of South Carolina. This bottling comes from Rast Farms located in Cameron South Carolina.

Distillery: High Wire Distilling Co

Conclusion: This is not bad. But the young wood note is far more prominent than the other bottling of this Ive tried. Its not bad, but the other release Ive had was significantly better.
