Review #1479; Rum #778
This rum was bottled by independent bottlers Bedford Park. Selected with help from Rum Revelations this rum was distilled from molasses by Saint Lucia Distillers in 2004 on the Vendome Copper Pot Still. It aged at origin for 2 years before being shipped to the UK where it aged for another 19 years in ex-rum before being bottled at cask strength with no additives or chill filtering.

Another great rum from Bedford Park. Despite spending 21 years in cask its bright, lively, and bursting with tropical fruits. It has some black tea backbone to help round it out and still enough of that star anise, cough syrup, hint of motor oil to remind you it’s a Vendome distilled rum.
