This is an unaged cane juice rum from Copalli whichi distills at Copal Tree Distillery in Belize. This rum is made from fresh pressed cane juice, is a blend of pot and column distillate, and is bottled with no additives.

Palate: Light mouthfeel, Brine, Coconut, vanilla, Orange, Mint

Finish: Short Finish, Coconut, Orange, Mint, Vanilla


Overall its fine. Its an affordable unaged cane juice rum made for cocktailing and I am sure it is perfectly adequate at doing that. A nice bit of brine and fruit are the main flavors here and they will work well with citrus and simple.
