This is the final release from the Foursquare Exceptional Cask series. This rum is a blend of pot and column distillate aged in ex-bourbon casks at origin for 19 years in a tropical climate before being bottled at a high proof with no additives.

Finish: Long length Finish, Raspberry, Nutty, Black Tea, Leather, Dark Chocolate, Crème brûlée
Some folks will think this is way over-oaked, but I like it. Rich raspberry, a surprise star anise, dark chocolate, black tea, its really quite the savory driven Foursquare and very dry. The finish goes on forever and is dominated by that black tea and dark chocolate. A bit of freshness from the Crème brûlée comes in to keep it from being unbalanced.
